          This does not mean on the other side of the fence , or other hand , however that objective laws as well as terms and rules of inherent objectivity  cease to operate to any facility or means when it comes to the economic sphere of influences.

         On the contrary, if the conscious management of the economy is to be the most effective, then the socialist society must be guided, and indeed ruled. By the objective laws and must work and indeed strive to organize its economy in accordance with these laws and indeed rules of nature.

             These laws of the new economic foundation and formations cannot be mastered at once, so to speak.  Socialistic society and societies need time and experience to comprehend these laws that determine its own development and developments mad to learn to utilize them in the paths of its interests, concerns and priorities.
